Who maintains the site
The site is maintained by the karinderya.wiki site team, an independent Roblox guide editor who tracks Karinderya! through the official Roblox page, the SILOG community, official event and badge records, editorial code trackers (Destructoid, PCGamesN, Try Hard Guides), independent fan guide sites (karinderya.org, karinderya-game.wiki, karinderya.bloxgame.wiki), and credited player videos for the exact game. The site-wide reference check is dated 2026-10-14; the pages that move with the game — codes and updates — were re-verified after the September 28, 2026 description change that introduced BUHAY and THANKYOU, again at the October 6, 2026 check after the October 5 game-record update left the code line unchanged, and again at the October 14, 2026 check after the same-day game-record update replaced the code line with HALLOWEEN and 75MVISITS.
Editorial policy
Karinderya!'s creator publishes the description, event records, and badges, but no menu table, star formula, or patch notes. This site therefore anchors every official claim to a dated Roblox record, documents gameplay from named fan guides and credited videos with their checked dates, and keeps the calculator and comparison tools honest by using values the player observes instead of invented rates. When community sources disagree — as code trackers regularly do — both claims are shown rather than averaged.
In practice: the codes page records each code name with the exact official checks it appeared in, and reported rewards from community trackers stay labeled as reports; the upgrade planner and the two-option scorer calculate only from values you observe in your own restaurant; and where a mechanic is genuinely unexplained — the star formula, exact furniture buff values — the pages say so once and move on to what is known.
What we publish
Coverage concentrates on the decisions a Karinderya! owner actually faces: redeeming the current codes before they rotate out, planning the cash for a target upgrade, comparing two dishes or purchases during a busy service, and checking whether a named feature (the Worker + Chiller! event, the Golden record's furniture selling, Index, and Signages, the 2nd Floor Expansion) still matches what official and community records show. The guides hub summarizes the service loop, the wiki separates confirmed facts from known unknowns, and the updates page keeps the dated timeline with every entry attributed to its source.
How pages are updated
The official Roblox description is the site's heartbeat: code names appear and leave through it, as HALAMAN and 50MVISITS did after the September 25, 2026 check, BUHAY and THANKYOU did at the September 28 check, and HALLOWEEN and 75MVISITS did at the October 14 check. Codes and updates pages are rechecked after every description change (including the October 5, 2026 game-record update, whose description proved unchanged at the October 6 check, and the October 14, 2026 game-record update, whose description changed the same day) and after each named community update, and the new checked date replaces the old one — older observations are kept only as explicitly labeled prior records, never presented as current.
Corrections
If a page has an outdated code, a link status that no longer matches, or a missing credit, use the contact page with the page URL, the disputed claim, and a reference that supports the correction. Corrections that check out are applied with a new checked date. Rights questions follow the copyright page, and the sources register lists every named reference behind the site with its type and checked date.
